This hands-on position also entails working alongside staff and members in the delivery of services. Qualifications: • Successful completion of University Degree in related social service field or 2 year diploma with extensive experience; proven managerial experience as well as an understanding of the issues involving addictions. • Skilled in the practice of recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation, • Valid BC Class 4 Unrestricted Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes, • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to include weekends and evenings as appropriate. • Proficiency in modern technologies including computers, photocopiers, social media, telecommunications. • Current First Aid and C.P.R. certificates: criminal record check is required. • Must be fluent in English, with a second language an asset. • Positive, energetic and flexible
