The Rick Hansen Foundation was established to raise funds for spinal cord injury research. Rick’s Man in Motion World Tour raised millions for research and built awareness about spinal cord injury.

The Rick Hansen Foundation initiatives:

Opened in 2008, the Blusson Spinal Cord Centre (BSCC) is dedicated to advancing integrated research and care for people with SCI

SCI Solutions Network – a Canada-wide collaboration of people with spinal cord injuries (SCI)

ICORD – (International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries) the largest interdisciplinary SCI research and care program in the world.
